Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives 100% ownership rights to all final delivered files and materials created specifically for their project. This includes all source files, design files, and deliverables as specified in the project scope.
Digital Heralds retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless the client explicitly requests confidentiality in writing prior to project commencement.
Payment terms are established on a per-project basis and communicated prior to project initiation. Digital Heralds reserves the right to pause or cancel work on projects where payment obligations are not met according to the agreed schedule.
The number of revisions included is specified in each package. Additional revisions beyond the included allowance may be subject to additional charges. Unlimited revision packages are subject to reasonable use in accordance with the original project brief.
Estimated delivery timelines are provided in good faith and represent our best effort to complete projects on schedule. Digital Heralds is not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to client delays in providing required materials, approvals, or feedback.
